Since 2010, I have been involved in over 300 residential real estate transactions in the L.A. area. This ranges from purchasing foreclosures at the courthouse steps, project management, to representing clients and personal house hacking investing.
I have had listings featured in the L.A. Times, been on Fox 11 news, interviewed for publications such as the Larchmont Buzz, BestCompany.com, The Real Deal, and have written for the Tolucan Times. Due to my house hacking strategies, I have been published as a case study in The House Hacking Strategy, a book published by Bigger Pockets, the largest real estate network in the country. I continue to make a name for myself in the Los Angeles and real estate community and our team now ranks in the top 10% of producing agents in all of Los Angeles and has ranked as one of the top real estate teams in the country by Real Trends featured in the WSJ.
In 2010, I started my own business, Albert Consulting, where I helped in auction foreclosure purchases and acquisitions. After acquiring over $4M in property assets for my clients, I started working closer with investors in sales, construction management, and best practices for the organization.
Then in 2011, I joined LAMERICA Real Estate, focusing on the buying and selling of homes throughout the L.A. area. And to this day, I still work with the team to purchase and sell homes all over the greater L.A. area for both the investors and clients alike. My clientele ranges from first time home buyers those in the entertainment business buying and selling multi-million-dollar homes.
I have also been developing my own investment portfolio, getting creative through the art of house hacking. To date, I recently sold my condo rental and reinvested in multifamily out of state and currently reside in a home with an Accessory Dwelling Unit where I live with my amazing wife.
